Post Adoption Specialist/Parent Educator

The post adoption specialist/parent educator will support birth or adoptive families by providing resources, training interventions, advocacy and support.  May help develop family centered plans to ensure successful parenting or permanent placement for a child.  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a human services field
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to travel and work flexible/varied part time hours
• experience working with children and families
